As part of the day to day work, training new coaches and career development is a key part of what we do.
London Parkour Project has a coahc development programme for coaches who are recruited internally from our classes and people who apply externally.
Orientation and value fit is super important to us. Our training system will get you up to speed with our company & coaching culture.

Lesson Plans & Risk Assessments
​
As we have a very developed training system, our lessons plans for the first 5 grades are guided by our lesson plans.
​
We also develop risk assessments for every lesson, and modify risk mitigation on a regular basis where needed.
PROFESSIONAL PARKOUR COACHING
​
Most of the time, clients do not see all the work that goes into maintaining our classes. London Parkour Project develops a well oiled and functional coaching team.
Setting up & Packing up
​
Often our coaches arrive early to own of our coaching sites to set up the equipment, as well as consider the best way to set up the equipment to progress the development of the students.
